Curiosity meets strategy.
I’ve always been driven by curiosity — the kind that asks deeper questions and listens for the meaning underneath the words. That instinct led me to study journalism, where I learned how to uncover stories that reveal not just what’s happening, but why it matters. Over time, that same curiosity evolved into a career helping organizations clarify their purpose, strengthen their systems, and communicate with confidence.
Over the past decade, I’ve partnered with mission-driven organizations in sectors including education, human rights, workforce development, and community engagement. Each engagement is customized — grounded in collaboration, data, and a shared commitment to results.
Before consulting, I held management and operations roles across both startup and nonprofit sectors. I’ve worked alongside educators, researchers, and social entrepreneurs — people united by a desire to make meaningful change.
Based in Louisville, Kentucky, I’ve also lived and worked in New Orleans, New York City, and Connecticut, partnering with organizations across the country. My recent work has centered on initiatives focused on education, AI and education policy, and human trafficking prevention, helping leaders design strategies and systems that drive measurable impact.
These experiences shaped my approach: grounded in listening, problem-solving, and making the complex feel manageable.
If your organization is ready to strengthen its systems, strategy, or communication, I’d love to help.
